Hi, Is it possible to use the order language to send email when using booking triggers (instead of persistent language of the user) ? When I use order trigger, it’s the right language ( = order language), but with booking triggers it’s the user language. So if the user change it’s language before the booking status change is triggered, the mail sent is not in the same language as the order. Thank you
Our team really need a feature where AutomateWoo send mails to costumers 1-2 weeks before the booking takes place. So a trigger on "booking start" would be nice :)!
Hey everyone. I am just started to configure WooBookings and WooAutomate. I want to do basic things like: sending a reminder few hours before a booking -> not possible? sending booking information 1 day before booking start date?
Also when I want to build a custom email for an individual booking, I want to show the payment option. but there is no variable to pull payment method into the email content. without these basic features, I can not run any form of booking service. thank you for your feedback.
Steve Cartwright: Thanks for the feedback! We will be including these variables in our next version (5.4) which will be shipping in the next few weeks.
It would be incredibly useful to be able to use variables for {booking_start}, {booking_end}, {booking_date}, and {booking_time}. It would make sending email confirmation of course booking details much easier for courses that are run on multiple dates and setup through the Bookings addon.
We’re working on Bookings support. AutomateWoo 5.3 includes a Booking Status Changed trigger and some bookings variables (id, status, cost, resources). Let us know what bookings automations you need in your store!

We’ve had to change priorities and work on this feature has stalled – we’ll be revisiting in the future but currently don’t have an ETA

I’d also really like to see a trigger for "x days before booking start" and "x days after booking end" if at all possible!
Any update on this at all? I really need to send appointment reminders to my customers 1 day and 1 hour before the appointment. Thanks

Support for YITH Woocommerce Bookings would be great, as well.
Wes Humpage: I think they are working on adding that in their plugin but I’ll add it to the board https://automatewoo.canny.io/automatewoo/p/integration-with-tyche-softwares-booking-appointment-plugin-for-woocommerce
What about Tyche Softwares bookings and appointment app?
