AutomateWoo - Refer A Friend add-on

Add an option to only reward an advocate after a set number of subscription renewals.

For example, if this option is set to 3, the advocate would not receive their referral credit until the referred customer has completed at least 3 subscription related orders (this would include the initial parent order).
