We recently implemented this feature for a client. The cancel button from within the view subscription view leads customers to a dynamic form requesting reasons for cancelling as well as offering other alternatives such as skipping a payment cycle. The client was able to gain feedback and reduce churn significantly.

You can create a survey that will be displayed when the user tries to cancel and also make a discount offer to keep subscription

This is an extremely important feature, since it is one of the best ways to reduce churn.
