Cannot select local delivery when zipcode uses 9 digits and a dash

basically, I had a customer use our website
(www.itsnotweed.com),

example address: 143 Warner St., Cincinnati OH 45219 (-01407)

The customer was unable to check out for local delivery and pick a delivery time. when trying to reproduce the issue, I was able to do so *only* when using the 9-digit zip-code (with dash).
When using the five-digit zipcode, the appropriate local delivery calendar appears.
