Currently, WooCommerce lags far behind its competitors in terms of built-in checkout page customization features without external solutions or code changes

I propose the following functionality that will significantly increase the demand for the plan and simplify the work of websites, since the standard list of fields that are currently available is very rarely used without changes.

1. Add the ability to manage order fields from the admin (delete, add, change field type, make required/optional, change sequence)

2. Allow making the list of order fields associated with delivery and payment methods. For each combination of delivery + payment method, a separate list of customer fields should be formed. Such a setting should be in the admin
