Why are you always using UTC for all transactions in the WooPayments download report regardless of the timezone in the web interface?
This often leads to discrepancies in the date and therefore monthly totals, if web interface e.g. shows CET because the shop resides outside the UK.
Also, the download report uses 24 hour format, the web interface 12 hour format!
It is one report and it should have consistent transactions and monthly/quarterly/annual totals, no matter what view is used!
