I need the same but i see no one has replied you and its almost a year so its very bad support i think. Please see woosupport if you have any option for this.
Also i need to know if we can set recurring payment as automatic rather than manual each month. As previously it was checked for manually method but now i have unchecked the same but still it is not taking payment automatically and everytime customer has to login and make the monthly payment.
