Your all-in-one widget for multiple charity causes. Whether collecting money for a special reason or fundraising for an event, Easy Donation can help you achieve your goals.
Great to hear you’ve found a workaround.
To understand things better, would you be open to a quick call? I think it’ll be the fastest way to clarify everything and explore how we can support your needs further.
Please share a couple of time slots that work, and I’ll send over an invite.
PS: I am in IST time zone so your early morning would work well for me.
Thank you for showing interest in our WooCommerce Extension – Easy Donation 🙏
Based on your notes, here’s what I understood:
o You’d like each donation campaign to clearly show which beneficiaries it supports.
o Donors should see this information upfront, and reporting should be tied to each campaign.
To put this in a simple example:
============================
1. Suppose we set up two campaigns — one for Physically Disabled Support and another for Women’s Empowerment.
2. For the first campaign, you might want to highlight that Beneficiaries A, B & C are linked, while the second campaign supports Beneficiaries B, D & E.
3. This can already be achieved with the current plugin by mentioning the beneficiaries directly in the campaign description, which will be visible to donors.
Reports are already available per campaign, so you can track donations by campaign. From there, you can map the beneficiaries internally based on the description or your own allocation method.
The feature of assigning multiple beneficiaries with automated % sharing and reporting would require additional development. For now, the description field provides the flexibility to achieve similar transparency for donors.
If this doesn’t fully solve your need (or I misunderstood your use case), I’d be happy to connect on a quick call to understand it better.
Please share your email ID and timezone details so we can schedule our call accordingly.
User Flow
1. Create a Product
o Admin creates a new product
o Standard product details are added
2. Select Beneficiaries
o Admin selects specific beneficiaries for this product only.
o Multiple beneficiaries can be assigned (e.g., Team A, Team B, Team C).
3. Save & Publish
o Once the product is published, only the assigned beneficiaries are tied to revenue and reporting for that product.
________________________________________
Example
• Product 1:
o Beneficiaries: A, B, C
• Product 2:
o Beneficiaries: B, D, E
This ensures flexibility (beneficiaries vary per product) and clarity (donors/supporters know exactly which teams or groups benefit from each product).

• ✅ Flexible — Different products support different beneficiaries.
• ✅ Transparent — Donors see exactly where funds are directed per product.
• ✅ Reporting — Revenue reports are generated per product with its specific beneficiaries.
Phase 2: A dashboard where beneficiaries can sign up and view their donations and payments received.
Hello billyhayes888, From what we understand, you’d like the ability to set up different donation campaigns for different products, so each product can be linked to its own campaign or cause. This would likely involve some flexibility in how campaigns and causes are managed within the plugin. We’d love to know more about your workflow—how would you ideally like campaigns and causes to work with products?
Hi Billy, I’ve sent the meeting link to your mail : billyhayes888@gmail.com. Please check and let me know if you got it.
Ok great, lets say 9am on Thursday.
