Distance Rate Shipping – Allow calculation on checkout with Postcode only

WooCommerce Distance Rate Shipping

Presently this plugin allows the user to enter a postcode when in the cart and it will show them the option for Distance Rate Shipping (DRS)

However, once you progress to the checkout, the DRS is hidden until the user enters full address

We’ve had users contact us that they believe that DRS is no longer available and they thus leave the site.

Could this be change so that within Checkout the user can view DRS with only Postcode entered?
