Dont change Tax after discount

A feature that allows store owners to lock the tax amount at its original value even after a coupon is applied, preventing WooCommerce from recalculating and reducing the tax on discounted items.

This feature would let merchants display a consistent tax line item regardless of discounts, addressing use cases where maintaining the original tax is desired for promotional or specific business reasons.

Requested Feature:
Enable an option so that tax amounts (VAT, etc.) remain unchanged even after a coupon is applied. Currently, WooCommerce recalculates and lowers the tax when discounts are applied, which some store owners may want to avoid.
