It would be excellent if the email ticketholders tool in Box Office allowed me to send emails not just to individual ticket products but to purchasers of specific ticket variations: For instance, if we offer a 2-day pass, or a 2-Day pass plus parking, I don’t want to send parking instructions to all the 2-day pass purchasers, just the ones who selected the parking variation.
