We really need to be able to customize the look and layout of the short description for the shop page when the full product description is too long but we want more pizazz than the boring old excerpt string of text. We can enable blocks for the main product description with some additional code (Why is this not default?) but the short description is still connected to an old-school excerpt block. This would really help with click-through from the shop page to single product pages. Thank you!
