Subject: Refund request – Recently Viewed Products for WooCommerce (Order #5111103694)

Hello WooCommerce Support,

My license for Recently Viewed Products for WooCommerce (Order #5111103694) was automatically renewed on September 10, 2025 (invoice €47). Unfortunately, after the renewal I discovered that the plugin is no longer compatible with my updated WordPress/WooCommerce/Flatsome setup.

It causes a fatal error:

PHP Fatal error: Uncaught ArgumentCountError: Too few arguments to function shortcode_atts(),
1 passed … and at least 2 expected in /wp-includes/shortcodes.php:664

Because of this, my website breaks whenever the plugin is active. Since I cannot use the plugin anymore and I’ve replaced the feature with the native WooCommerce “Recently Viewed Products” functionality, I kindly request a refund of this renewal.

Attached are screenshots of the fatal error and the renewal invoice.
