How to add other states to Sales Tax Calculation?
It would be great to have the option to add other states to the automatic tax calculator but from everything I have found, it’s not possible with this plugin. The only two options I have seen so far is TaxJar and Avalara. I can’t find real pricing info on Avalara and TaxJar is pretty expensive. From the research I’ve done I believe that Avalara has a free API for getting tax rates this way but it looks like you have to fill out a form and have them contact you to get an account.
