Enable discounts on quantity ranges or set price per quantity for specific products, categories, and user roles.
I added product discount quantity – it’s consider cart quantity
As per you can check my screenshot I have created rule for specific category and added product on cart of this category
If only added this category product it’s working fine
if other product added issue arrise
