When choosing “never” for “prorate recurring payment” option in the Switching section, the first payment for the new subscription is charged when the next payment for the old subscription was due. This makes sense for virtual products that you can consult a certain period of time.
But for physical products, it doesn’t make sense to charge anything, while customers already received their products and they just want to receive their next products later or sooner.
