Please make the Order Note and Customer messages clearer if 3DS verification has failed or has not been completed. For our store admins and for our customers, the message is very confusing:
A payment of €103.32 failed using WooCommerce Payments (pi_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx). With the following message: The provided PaymentMethod has failed authentication. You can provide payment_method_data or a new PaymentMethod to attempt to fulfill this PaymentIntent again.
