Currently, when I click on a customer’s name under WooCommerce > Customers, I am redirected to the WordPress user profile. However, I would suggest that clicking on a customer’s name should instead redirect to a dedicated customer page. This customer page could display all of the orders associated with that customer, along with various statistics related to those orders, such as total revenue, average order value (AOV), and most frequently purchased products. This would provide a more convenient and streamlined way to view a customer’s purchasing history and behavior.

Totally agree this is awkward today – jumping from WooCommerce customers to a WordPress user profile isn’t a customer ops view, and it makes it too click-heavy to spot repeat buyers, first orders, or win-backs.
One practical workaround is to put the signals you care about directly onto the orders list: auto-mark first orders, frequent buyers, or reactivated customers, so you don’t need to open every order to understand who the buyer is.
There’s a plugin called OrderBadger that does this with plain-English rules that automatically add coloured badge pills to matching orders. The closest starting point for repeat buyer visibility: https://orderbadger.com/kb/active-customer-orders-this-month/
Oh, I totally get what you’re saying! Right now, clicking a customer’s name in WooCommerce and being sent to their WordPress user profile is kinda clunky. You’re suggesting a dedicated customer page, showing all their orders, total revenue, AOV, and even their most bought products, right? That makes so much sense – way more convenient for tracking customer history and behavior! @[fnaf](https://fngames.io/)
I’ve been using WooCommerce for a while, and it’s been fantastic. Super flexible, easy to customize, and it really scales as your business grows. No wonder so many stores trust it! @Snow Rider

Happy with the user profile, as that’s tied to WordPress. however YES. Better visibility into customers would be great. This data is displayed at the edit order page, but is it usable and actionable?
This should be included in Woo out of the box.
Yes, this would be so much more useful than the WordPress user profile, especially for my clients. It would also be helpful if there where some additional settings for each user. For example adding tags or assign a fixed discount to them.
