Integration with Avada Forms

Avada theme has its own Forms function that works really well with our site styles and workflow. It would be great if there was a way to integrate Affiliate for WooCommerce with Avada. Avada already has a way to submit the form using actions (save to database, send to URL, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Off Canvas, etc.). So either a direct action or a way to connect the two would be great!
