Localised customer-facing error message for UK – “postcode” rather than “zip code”

While most of our customers probably understand that US “zip code” is equivalent to UK “postcode”, we did have a phone call from somebody whose transaction had failed and they had no idea what to try and fix, because they had never heard the term “zip code” before.

Could we have a UK localised customer-facing error message for this?
