Dear Support,
I am writing to seek assistance with an issue we are encountering with this WordPress plugin. We have noticed a discrepancy in how the prices are displayed, which is affecting the perceived affordability of our products.
Here is a brief overview of our current setup:
1. When adding a product, the package price is entered.
2. The area of the package in square meters (m2) is also input separately.
3. The price per square meter (m2) is displayed on our website.
Issue:
On Google Shopping, instead of the price per square meter, the total package price is shown. This causes our products to appear more expensive than intended, as customers might not realize the total area covered by each package.
Potential Solution:
We are wondering if there’s a way to configure the plugin so that the price per square meter is displayed initially, and then the total package price is shown when the customer decides to place an order. This would likely provide a clearer understanding of the pricing structure to potential buyers.
Could you please advise if such a configuration is possible with our current setup, or if there are any workarounds or updates we might consider to resolve this issue? Your guidance on how to adjust the plugin or any other settings to correctly reflect the price as intended on Google Shopping would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for your time and assistance.
Best regards,
Orhan Dogan
