Manage shipping and payment methods

Hello.

I need to manage separate shipping fees for the same postocde, based on the product category in the cart.

I also need to “hide” the Stripe payment method if some conditions are met (Product category in cart; specific post code fopr shipping).

Does the plugin match this requirement?
