Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce

Currently its hard to do advance query if we have multiple tracking in 1 order. For example we want to create a scanform / shipment manifest (which required by most shipping carrier nowadays). Its hard to get all the tracking and categorized by shipment method. And its hard to query each tracking if we added status to the tracking.

Currently woocommerce store all trackings data in 1 meta. Which is stupid to store multidimensional array data in single meta. It feels like the developer only want to do easy programming without doing a depth planning.
