Multiple Shipping Labels For An Order

The old version had a feature where you could print a new shipping label for an order. I used this a lot.

For example when I had an additional private transaction with a customer who had ordered something through my WooCommerce site. Then, I would just find their last order (with all the shipping info) and start a new label.

When I updated the plugin, my client became very upset as their daily work depends on this feature. Due to this, I had to downgrade the plugin. I kindly request you to restore the functionality as soon as possible.

    Definitely need this functionality.

We also would like this functionality. I currently have a situation where a package was lost and being able to make a new label for fulfillment of the lost order would be much simpler than creating a new order.

Add this feature back. I used it all the time to replace damaged goods or delivery errors. I don’t understand why this went away. Please add this feature back ASAP.

Yes! I just had to roll back to the WooCommerce Shipping + Tax plugin for a customer because they needed to Reprint labels regularly for damaged packages or those lost in shipping or those where a wrong item had been shipped. Sadly, this new WooCommerce Shipping plugin is lacking that important Reprint New Shipping Label option for an order that the old one had.

This feature is desperately needed with a level 1 priority. (doesn’t everything?) The need to create multiple shipping labels for an order is basic e-commerce 101 knowledge.

I used to use this feature all the time for damaged goods. Please bring it back

Woo is supposed to provide features that we need as store owners, not tell us how we should be running our store. In addition to not having the ability to generate a return label, we’re now missing the ability to print a 2nd label (which we used to have). Duplicating an order just to print another label is nonsense.

Agreed. This is a MUST. I get so many orders that are “returned to sender” because of a postal mistake or typo in the address, etc, and I need to resend the same package. It creates problems to make a new order and change stock levels or not add products to the order, etc. So much easier to just be able to print a new label.

Yes please! Disabling this function makes replacing damaged or lost orders take 10x as long.

  11. kermitchairco says:

This functionality needs to be re-added ASAP- it is crucial for re-shipping orders which may have been damaged.

  12. earthliberationstudio says:

Yes this is a huge mistake that there’s not a way to do this. I have multiple orders that did not make it to their destination and need NEW labels made. Please Woocommerce, we need a fix immediately.

  13. tavenger5 says:

I’m also missing this feature. Right now if I want to create another label I have to duplicate the order.

  14. psssales says:

Yes! We need a way to print a 2nd or 3rd (as many as needed) labels from the same order. We used to be able to do this in the old plugin. Please put this back in!
