Use case :
For frictionless experience, no payment is asked to begin a trial.
Once the trial ends, the subscription is suspended and an email is sent to the customer for payment.
This is not an optimal user experience. Service discontinuity is to avoid.
There’s no easy for a customer to start paying before the end of the trial.
Request :
Add an action on the subscription to allow payment before the end of the trial, independantly of the auto-renew feature.
