Not responding well

I have purchased the SkinCare theme which is not responding well and lacks UX features. Thus, I wish you could fix this ASAP, because the shop can not operate properly.

First of all, it takes up to 7 sec to load the page which is insane. Usually, it should take from 1 to 1.5 sec. My developer told me that the loading is related to the theme itself.

Secondly, after changing the text from “shop now” to “review product”, it automatically adds the product to the shopping cart which is not logical at all. Firstly, the customer wants to review the product, see the description etc., and then there should be another button to add it to the cart. It should be fixed as well.

Thirdly, the mobile version is a disaster. Nowadays, when everyone is using phones instead of laptops, the mobile version is not adapted for convenient use on the phone. The banner does not convert to the optimal size. And the products are listed one by one, so you have to scroll ages. It should be possible to see at least 2-3 products in a row.
