Allow customers to request a custom shipping quote from the store manager for situations where a flat rates / live quotes are not possible.

Notification when Customer selects Requests a Quote

Hi there, recently customers have been repeatedly clicking the request quote button as there is no visual notification that their request has been received. I would like a notification that shows to the customer once they have clicked it that we can control that displays a custom message explaining the quote request was submitted and how long they can expect to see a reply
