Right now we can create a pending order and add the Stripe charge ID however there’s no option to create an actual charge through the website when we already have the card details in Stripe (only sending a payment link). We’d have to create the order, process a manual payment in Stripe, and then link the Stripe charge back to the WC order. We’d love the option create the order in WC, then add the Stripe Customer ID and Source ID (like we can when creating a subscription), and then charge the card via WooCommerce.
