Option to get an official VAT invoice (PDF) for the fees charged by Woocommerce Payments

Would be great to have an option to get an official invoice (PDF), addressed to my VAT number, for the fees charged by Woocommerce Payments.

I receive my deposits via WooCommerce Payments… and everything is OK. But, how can I get an invoice of the WooCommerce Payments fees? I’d like to get it in order to inlcude it into my official acccounting (VAT declaration).
