Customs Fees for WooCommerce

Hi is it possible to modify the Order Confirmation ontent, currently the customer gets a big blue box with the following text:

Customs & Import Information
Estimated import duties and taxes based on destination country.
Total customs fees:US$8.00
These are estimated fees based on current rates. Actual fees may vary depending on customs regulations and carrier handling charges.

I would like to completely remove that box or have the ability to change the wording. It is missleading for the customer in my case, and not necessary.
