There is no “Partial refund” order status in the core of WooCommerce in the moment.
So, you can just leave the order status on “Completed”, which is correct, but also not correct, because when you make a refund with a part of the amount or a refund for one of two products, you also want to know these refunds and not only complete order refunds.
We have a problem with that to use the REST-API for automatic processes after the partial refund.
