Implement a ‘Pay with Venmo’ or ‘link your venmo account’ to pay for a product at checkout. Users should be allowed to simply link their account and pay a business and cut out the transaction fee. Create and open source P2P payment gateway – charge stores/sites to offer the payment processing on a subscription basis. Then allow the company/consumers to save on the transaction fee (avoid the usual 2.9%)

My comment here: http://ideas.woocommerce.com/forums/133476-woocommerce/suggestions/34483711-supporting-paypal-credit is relevant to this issue as well, because the upgraded PayPal checkout supports PayPal Credit AND Venmo. It should be an easy conversion.
