PHP code for restricting sales to certain states.
create PHP code to prevent sales to certain states. There is code to pick states you want to sell to, but it would be easier to restrict states to sell to. This way you don’t have to add 49 states , you will only have to add one or more states. You want as many states as possible, but for one reason or another you have to restrict some states.

Folks, I hope some one comes up with this option soon and before the end of 2018. Or many of us in small online businesses will have to shut down. There is a great need to be able to choose the states we are willing to sell until a reasonable state tax law is passed.
