please add payment methode “cartes bancaires” to the Plugin

cartes bancaires is supported by Stripe since a while. Its the most used payment method in FRANCE!
But its not supported in woocommerce till now. please add.

    Support for co-badged cards (https://docs.stripe.com/co-badged-cards-compliance) was added in 8.3.0.
