Hey guys. Great plugin!

my request: it would be great to have a drop down to choose pre-formatted messages. We send a lot of the same messages to customers for proofing designs and updates, and yes, we do copy and past. But it would be great to choose a message we’ve pre-formated we could edit (if needed) in the message box before sending.

and…

If would also be great to have the option of a check box to send the full message and attachment to the customer in the email. Right now they get a “You have 1 new message” notification. Even tough we do want them to come back to the site to answer the message its more customer friendly to have them get the attachment and message in the email.
