Flat Rate Box Shipping

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance regarding an issue I am facing with the shipping rate calculation in relation to the WooCommerce Flat Rate Box Shipping plugin integrated with Gravity Form.

I have successfully connected the two plugins and filled in all the necessary information. However, I have noticed that when I attempt to make a purchase, the shipping costs are not being calculated accurately. It appears that there is an error in the calculation process.

To provide further context and aid in resolving this issue, I have taken a few screenshots demonstrating the problem. I have attached them to this email for your reference. Please take a look at them and let me know what could be causing this discrepancy.
