Extra Fees for WooCommerce

Before purchase I assumed that I can set extra product fee based on purchase quantity of the specific product through rules set on specific product

Example:
Customer bought less then 10kg – he need to pay extra fee = 5$. Everything else above the 10kg – the extra fee is 0.

Unfortunatelly the rules are based only on date.
