Prorate Subscription based on time left

If a client bought an anual subscription of u$s100 and after 182 days they want to upgrade to a u$s 200 one, the prorate would calculate the consumed time 182*100/365 and discount the remaining ‘credit’, then it should update the renewal date to this new date, the year starts counting again.
