Reconciliation reports

I am trying to reconcile my QuickBooks account with WooCommerce and PayPal.
PayPal is decent to follow.
But WooCommerce is awful.
Is there a way to print out a spreadsheet that shows the link between the customer purchases and the bank deposits and separate the fees. The data that I can download is almost useless. I get the dates, number of items sold, number of orders, average net sales amount, coupon amount, shipping amount, gross sales amount, net sales amount.
with all of that information given, it is useless. None of the amounts or hardly any match the sales. None matches the deposits to the bank. It is a nightmare at trying to figure out the spreadsheet spending hours only to just have to give up on it and try to figure out by weeding out the PayPal first, expenses, then hope the balance equals. When that doesn’t happen then I have to really work on how to make the account zero out for month end.
I know there are businesses that do a lot more sales than I do, so how are they doing it that I am missing the boat.
Please, please help.
