I would recommend rather than having the custom url that the user has to manually type in, because its confusing for users…

You could have a dropdown field that lists all of the website product pages, pages, post pages, and/or custom post types similar to how ACF Pro manages custom fields. And the user can just select the page/post/product, that they want to refer their users to. Then the URL builds directly below it to easily copy.

It would also be nice to have a quick list of saved URL’s, so the user doesn’t have to re-enter the url every time they visit the affiliate dashboard.
