In the WooCommerce mobile app (iOS & Android), the Discount line in the order totals section is currently displayed before Shipping.

This ordering is inconsistent with:
• WooCommerce web admin order details
• Checkout totals
• Order emails and invoices
• Standard accounting workflows

For merchants and fulfillment teams who rely on the mobile app to review orders, this causes confusion when validating totals. Discounts are typically applied after shipping is calculated, and displaying them before shipping makes the breakdown harder to interpret at a glance.

Proposed improvement:
Please allow the Discount row to be displayed after Shipping in the order totals section of the mobile app. Ideally, the mobile app should follow the same order as WooCommerce web admin and checkout (Subtotal → Shipping → Discount → Tax → Total), or provide a configurable option to control the order of totals.

This change would improve clarity, reduce mistakes during order review, and create consistency across WooCommerce platforms.
