I would like to raise an important question regarding the integration of the WooCommerce mobile app for order tracking.

We have noticed that when installing WooCommerce or the Google WooCommerce plugin for products, an internal function related to the Jetpack plugin is automatically added, even when Jetpack is not used at all.

My question is: Why does the mobile app rely primarily on Jetpack for order tracking?

Is it possible for WooCommerce developers to create an internal function independent of Jetpack that connects the app to the site and displays sales statistics?

Although it is possible to connect WooCommerce with the app using the username, notifications and alerts do not function properly, and no alerts are issued when new sales arrive.

We kindly ask you to seriously consider this matter, as relying on a third-party plugin (Jetpack) may cause limitations or issues for some users.

If the purpose of this integration is to encourage WooCommerce users to download Jetpack and subscribe to its services, please clarify this transparently.

Please note that I raised this issue more than two years ago, yet no concrete steps have been taken to address or discuss this seriously within your development roadmap.

WooCommerce has become a large and global platform, and we believe the app should work independently without requiring any third-party plugin.

We kindly request you to review this matter and provide a clear and specific response regarding the possibility of having an independent solution for app integration without relying on Jetpack.
