Selectable presets for “you set the price” gift cards

Have some preset options in the ui that allows customers to quickly pick an amount when purchasing the “pick your own value” gift certificates.

In the way that justgiving or wikipedia or humblebundle donation buttons working.

They have a couple of preset values that you can tap, or “custom” to enter your own value in.

    I was just perusing this and spotted an option which I reached out to upvote. And then found that it was me that opened the suggestion, almost a year ago. Is the plugin still actively developed?
