Send customer VAT number to XERO contact profile

In most EU countries, the invoice MUST show the customer VAT number.
But currently the plugin is not adding the customer VAT number to XERO contact profile, making the resulting invoice illegal.

    How is it possible that a Xero connector can’t send a VAT number to our accounting system. Quite bizzare if you ask me.

    How has this not been implemented yet, it should be a small change to pass the billing_tax_number to xero in the client create/update api call
