Also, the notice will be triggered manually by admin at select time.

    Hello!
    It would be great to have following feature:

    (Re-)Start the trigger for a notification from the order detail page.
    To choose a group of recipients or to choose every single recipient alone, like a category or tag in WordPress posts.
    And then, with a button to manually (re-)start the trigger for the recipient(s).
