The current version of the Xero plugin does not support sending the shipping address details. It would be good if this populated the “Street Address” information in Xero.
Absolutely agree – the whole point of (order) automation is to reduce human intervention and errors….the non-transposing of information which is in the Woo back-end and has the ability to be pushed to a place where Xero can include that info seems a no-brainer! Come on please sort this out urgently.
I don’t understand why it only brings through the billing address, it is such a pain for us having to check every order on the back end and edit if there are two addresses. Surely this is an easy fix as both give you the option for both types of addresses?!
When WooCommerce offers a customer the option to enter both a ‘Billing’ address and a ‘Delivery’ address, and Xero have two contact addresses for the same reason, I am confused as to why this entry of address data isn’t naturally available when investing in this plugin? A number of times now a request for a different delivery address has been missed and customers have been inconvenienced for orders being sent to the wrong address! To me this appears to be a bug rather than a feature request, and would hope that it can be fixed without the need to amass a large number of votes?
I too feel this should be a standard part of the plugin. Two addresses in Woo, Two addresses in Xero – only makes sense to be able to pass both addresses. Have had the same issues with goods being delivered to a different address.
