This should be the most wanted feature on countries where state/region is not the rule to calculate shipping fees.

At least in all latin america i can say we have courier services like UPS, DHL, FedEx, and many local ones using city as the way to calculate the fee, no the state/region

For this issue, many HAVE to have a plugin that swaps the name of state to city, so they can inject the city list and the user can select them in the checkout process.

This is a simple change, that will make many out of the box experiences way better with Woocommerce.

Ideally, the cities for each country should be by default in Woo, just like states are right now. It will iron out all the issues with APIs, webhooks, and connections with shipping services, because each one has their own city list, and it is not easy to change to one another.
