We take deposits now for our product and charge the balances later. The wording in Woo’s cart and checkout page is so wrong that people are afraid they’ll be charged too much and they shy away from placing their deposit. No matter what we say to Woo, nothing changes. They say, “Contact this plugin developer.” Did that. No one fixes it. We don’t need Woo shooting us in the foot in sales. It’s probably time to leave Woo.
