Hey there trueshotgunclubaz,
Could you please update Product Recommendations to v4.0.3 and Custom Locations to v2.0.2 and check if you still see any issues there?
As of the latest WooCommerce update the aforementioned custom locations plugin stopped working 🙁 I’ll reach out to the plugin author and let them know.
As stated before, this can be achieved with the free feature plugin provided here: https://wordpress.org/plugins/product-recommendations-custom-locations/
