Currently clicking the ‘switch’ button simply reloads the product page with a small message saying to switch subscription. This is causing many support requests with confused users. The whole switching system should be simplified, but at the very very least if there was some css class when a product page was loaded as a switch page then we could add some specific styling to help the user out.
